Global uncertainties, new tariffs, fragile raw material availability, persistent semiconductor bottlenecks and geopolitical tensions are changing the rules of the game in automotive logistics - permanently. At the same time, digitalization, automation and the desire for resilient, regionally balanced supply chains are driving the transformation forward at full speed.
In this area of tension, logistics is becoming a key discipline: not only does it need to become more efficient and faster, but it also needs to move closer to production - spatially, technologically and strategically. Logistics and production are increasingly operating on an equal footing: networked, coordinated and synchronized. Security of supply, flexibility and competitiveness can only be ensured in the long term if the two interact optimally.
The motto of the Forum Automotive Logistics 2026 is therefore “Speed & Efficiency - Winning Tomorrow's Competition” - and is the platform for all those who want to translate the challenges of today into solutions for tomorrow. The host is Volkswagen in Wolfsburg, the heart of the German automotive industry.
Look forward to two days with leading minds from the automotive industry and logistics, practical insights, new technologies and real solutions for global and regional supply chains. Join the discussion: What will automotive logistics look like in the future?
